I created this series of short calming yoga practices to help you release mental and physical stress, relax your nervous system, and feel grounded once again. I filmed them against the breathtaking backdrop of Fuerteventura, in Canary Islands.

Private Classes
Let's take your yoga practice to the next level with personalised one-on-one sessions. I will design these practices specially for you, so we can get you some proper results in record time!
You can choose your preferred type of yoga practice, including Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, or Flexibility.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and include session recordings, detailed notes, and exercises for continuous progress. All online and scheduled at your convenience.
