Hi, my name is Sheida!
I have always been a really driven, creative and energetic woman. My brain would NEEVER stop, and my body always followed my brain.
I used to not be able to sleep because I could not find the way to switch my brain off, no matter how exhausted I was physically and mentally, and that affected everything in my life! It took me soo many years, trainings, experiments and changes to find proper rest and the change I have seen in my life has been mind-blowing!
Now I am a certified Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher and I use what I've learned to help people, just like you, find better sleep.
Oh, did I forget to mention I have dedicated 20 years of my life to creating and teaching dance professionally? I'm not your every day yoga teacher, get ready for a more creative approach!
