Terms & Conditions - The Reset Lounge FOUNDER Offer

1. Subscription & Payment
Your Founding Member rate will be charged automatically every month from the date you subscribed. This special price is valid only while your subscription remains active. If you cancel and decide to rejoin in the future, you will be charged the standard membership price available at that time.

2. Intellectual Property
All content provided within The Reset Lounge is the intellectual property of Sheida Mas. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent by Sheida Mas herself or her limited company, Mas Dance & Yoga Ltd.

3. Responsibility for Results
Although Sheida Mas is a certified Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra teacher and is fully committed to supporting your wellness journey, the implementation and results depend on your own actions. You are solely responsible for how you engage with and apply the tools, techniques, and guidance provided inside the membership.

4. Monthly Live Class
A members-only live class will be held on the last Saturday of each month at 14:00 UK time. If you’re unable to attend live, a recording of the session will be added to your library for on-demand access. Sheida Mas reserves the right to assign a qualified cover teacher in the event she is unable to teach the class herself.

5. Termination of Agreement
Sheida Mas and Mas Dance & Yoga Ltd reserve the right to terminate this agreement at their discretion if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, or in the event of any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive to the integrity of The Reset Lounge and its community.

As a member, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, in accordance with the cancellation process provided by Kajabi. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be taken. Please note that if you cancel your Founder subscription, you will forfeit the special locked-in price and will be subject to standard membership pricing should you choose to rejoin in the future.

6. Health & Safety Advisory
The content provided within The Reset Lounge is designed to support your general wellness, relaxation, and mindfulness.
