Reset in the City
A series of wellness workshops that give you the chance to slow down, reset, and truly recharge, without leaving London. Led by myself, each session blends gentle yoga with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more energised.
Afterwards, unwind with soothing herbal teas and guided reflective journaling, connect with like-minded participants, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready for the week ahead.

Chair Yoga - 30 minutes
A chair based practice combining breathwork, mindful movement and gentle stretches. Perfect for releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, hips and lower back, improving posture and focus, all without leaving the chair.
Mat Based Yoga - 45 minutes
A grounding session to ease physical and mental stress, improve flexibility, and enhance energy. Includes breathwork, a mindful yoga flow, targeted stretches and a guided meditation.
