A series of wellness workshops designed to help you slow down, reset and recharge in London.
Each session blends gentle yoga with a guided Yoga Nidra to leave you calmer, clearer and more energised. Then relax with herbal teas and guided journaling and connect with others.

Chair Yoga - 30 minutes
A chair based practice combining breathwork, mindful movement and gentle stretches. Perfect for releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, hips and lower back, improving posture and focus, all without leaving the chair.
Mat Based Yoga - 45 minutes
A grounding session to ease physical and mental stress, improve flexibility, and enhance energy. Includes breathwork, a mindful yoga flow, targeted stretches and a guided meditation.
