Press pause and take a break on the beautiful island of Corfu, Greece, for a 6-day yoga retreat designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Immerse yourself in daily outdoor yoga, savour delicious, healthy vegetarian and vegan meals prepared by our Greek chef, and unwind in a beautiful ocean-view villa.

Each day includes two yoga practices, with mornings focused on energising Vinyasa yoga and evenings dedicated to restorative practices such as Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. You will also experience a guided nature walk, a relaxing beach day with a morning beach yoga practice included, a special workshop designed to deepen your practice, and an excursion to explore the old town of Corfu. There is also plenty of time to rest, swim, and take in the island atmosphere.

Late October in Greece offers mild, peaceful weather, ideal for outdoor practice, rest, and exploration.

This retreat is an invitation to step away as the beginning of colder weather arrives and enjoy a slower pace of life in a warm, coastal setting, returning home feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

THE VILLA

Our stunning villa in Nissaki, Corfu, offers complete privacy, tranquillity, and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea.

The villa is filled with natural light and features thoughtfully designed spaces that blend indoor and outdoor living. Internal patios are surrounded by olive and kumquat trees, while indoor gardens with cacti and stone details create a calm, grounding atmosphere.

At the heart of the villa is a T-shaped infinity pool overlooking the sea, creating a seamless connection between water, sky, and landscape.

There are two spacious living areas and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, rest, and unwind, including a hot tub. Optional in-villa massage treatments will also be available to support deep rest and recovery.

The villa is ideally located to enjoy both nature and local life, with nearby cafés, restaurants, and beaches just a short drive away.

MEALS

Daily Brunch, Snacks & Dinner (Vegetarian & Vegan)

Our Greek chef will prepare daily meals exclusively for the group, using fresh, seasonal produce from Corfu. Expect traditional Greek flavours with vibrant, nourishing vegetarian and vegan dishes designed to support energy, balance, and wellbeing throughout the retreat.

If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance and our chef will be happy to accommodate where possible.

  • Airport transfers: Transfers are available for an additional £50 per person, per trip.
  • Alcohol: It will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. This is your holiday, do as you please!
  • Extra food: Additional meals outside the retreat house.

MEET YOUR HOST

Hi, I’m Sheida. For many years, yoga was my me-time. It was how I took care of myself while working in the highly competitive world of professional dance. It kept me grounded mentally and strong physically. But in 2021, after almost 20 years dedicated to dance, I realised yoga was too important not to share.

I travelled to Greece to complete my yoga teacher training, and the experience completely changed my life. I fell in love with teaching yoga, bringing together everything I had learned through my dance career with a deeper focus on helping others truly take care of themselves, so they can show up at their best in life.

I loved every minute of living in Greece, and it has held a very special place in my heart ever since. Its breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, incredible food, and warm people invite you to slow down, savour life, and focus on what really matters. Greece has a way of reminding you to pause for a sunset, or take a midday swim in the Ionian Sea just to reset.

I have been dreaming of hosting a retreat here for years, and now that it’s finally happening, I cannot wait to share the magic of Greece with you. See you in paradise soon.
