Press pause and take a break in the beautiful island of Corfu for a 6-day yoga retreat designed to help you slow down, recharge, and return feeling energised. Practice daily yoga by the poolside, enjoying a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, experience a breathwork & Yoga Nidra session by the beach, and deepen your practice with a special yoga workshop.

Savour delicious meals prepared by our Greek chef, featuring traditional Greek flavours. Enjoy a yoga practice and picnic by the beach and explore the island on a guided nature walk, all while connecting with a supportive community of fellow yogis.

Our luxurious villa provides the perfect backdrop for yoga, reflection, and relaxation. Late October in Greece offers mild, pleasant weather, ideal for resting, exploring, and practising yoga outdoors.

ACCOMMODATION

The retreat will take place at the stunning Villa Saphira in Nissaki, Corfu. This brand-new villa offers privacy, tranquility, and panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, making it the perfect escape from city life.

Every room is filled with ample natural light and includes a private en-suite bathroom. The villa features internal patios adorned with olive and kumquat trees, as well as indoor gardens with cacti and stone, adding to its distinctive atmosphere. The T-shaped pool creates a sense of the water element inside the house, which, combined with the 180-degree sea view, makes for a truly remarkable experience.

There are two spacious living areas and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, including a private hot tub. Yoga practices will take place by the poolside, taking full advantage of the spectacular sea views. Optional in-villa massage treatments will be available throughout the retreat to help restore body and mind.

The villa is perfectly located to enjoy nature, local shops, cafés, and restaurants, while the beach is just a short drive away.

MEALS

Daily Brunch, Snacks & Dinner (Vegetarian & Vegan)

Our Greek chef will be cooking exclusively for our group, using organic, fresh produce from the island. Meals will feature traditional Greek flavours with vibrant, nourishing vegetarian and vegan options, bringing both taste and balance to your retreat experience.

If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know in advance, and our chef will be happy to accommodate with alternative options.

Private guest house with two king-size beds, perfect for a group of 3-4 friends or shared by 2 guests. Includes living area, fully equipped kitchen, and en-suite bathroom.

Full Price: £2,050 each if two share (£1,900 each if 3-4 share)

 

Pay a £350 deposit by 31 July to lock in the Early Bird rate. You can spread the remaining balance over up to four instalments, with the final payment due 30 days before the retreat.

  • Alcohol: It will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish. This is your holiday, you do as you please!
  • Extra food: Additional meals outside the retreat house.

MEET YOUR HOST

Hi, I’m Sheida. For many years, yoga was my me-time. It was how I took care of myself while working in the highly competitive world of professional dance. It kept me grounded mentally and strong physically. But in 2021, after almost 20 years dedicated to dance, I realised yoga was too important not to share.

I travelled to Greece to complete my yoga teacher training, and the experience completely changed my life. I fell in love with teaching yoga, bringing together everything I had learned through my dance career with a deeper focus on helping others truly take care of themselves, so they can show up at their best in life.

I loved every minute of living in Greece, and it has held a very special place in my heart ever since. Its breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, incredible food, and warm people invite you to slow down, savour life, and focus on what really matters. Greece has a way of reminding you to pause for a sunset, or take a midday swim in the Ionian Sea just to reset.

I have been dreaming of hosting a retreat here for years, and now that it’s finally happening, I cannot wait to share the magic of Greece with you. See you in paradise soon.
