Your membership includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial and you won’t be charged. After that, you’ll be billed monthly unless you choose to cancel.

Terms & Conditions – The Reset Lounge Monthly Membership

1. Subscription, Free Trial & Payment
Your membership begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this trial period. If you choose to cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial, you will not be billed. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the trial via your Kajabi account settings.

Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid membership at the end of the trial period. Your monthly fee will then be charged automatically from the date of subscription and on that same date each month thereafter.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be taken.

2. Intellectual Property
All content provided within The Reset Lounge is the intellectual property of Sheida Mas. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent by Sheida Mas herself or her limited company, Mas Dance & Yoga Ltd.

3. Responsibility for Results
Although Sheida Mas is a certified Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra teacher and is fully committed to supporting your wellness journey, the implementation and results depend on your own actions. You are solely responsible for how you engage with and apply the tools, techniques, and guidance provided inside the membership.

4. Monthly Live Class
A members-only live class will be held on the last Saturday of each month at 14:00 UK time. If you’re unable to attend live, a recording of the session will be added to your library for on-demand access. Sheida Mas and Mas Dance & Yoga Ltd reserve the right to assign a qualified cover teacher in the event she is unable to teach the class herself.

5. Termination of Agreement
Sheida Mas and Mas Dance & Yoga Ltd reserve the right to terminate this agreement at their discretion if there is a breach of these terms and conditions, or in the event of any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive to the integrity of The Reset Lounge and its community.

6. Health & Safety Advisory
The content provided within The Reset Lounge is designed to support your general wellness, relaxation, and mindfulness. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise, yoga, or meditation practice, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. Participation is at your own risk.

Agreement Acknowledgment
By proceeding with the free trial, payment, and enrolment in The Reset Lounge membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
