Reset in the City: April Edition

Spend a restorative Sunday afternoon in London with Sheida Mas and give yourself the gift of deep relaxation. This session combines gentle yoga with a guided Yoga Nidra practice to help you recharge both mentally and physically. Your ticket includes a goodie bag.

After the practice, enjoy a selection of soothing herbal teas while engaging in reflective journaling guided by Sheida. This tranquil time is a chance to connect with your thoughts and emotions, bring clarity to your mind, and deepen your experience. You’ll also be able to connect with fellow participants and share your reflections.

Event Timetable:

2:15 - 2:30 PM: Doors open & welcome
2:30 - 4:00 PM: Yin & Yang workshop (Starting with a Creative Vinyasa Flow and gradually transitioning into a grounding Yin Yoga practice)
4:00 - 4:30 PM: Yoga Nidra
4:30 - 5:00 PM: Tea, journaling & time to connect.

Booking Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis.

Cancellation Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel with more than 48 hours notice before the event you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a future edition of Reset in the City. To arrange this please email [email protected] with your details and preferred date. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the event no refund or date change can be offered.

Health, Safety and Participation

By booking you confirm you are physically fit and able to participate in yoga, movement and relaxation practices. Please notify the teacher (Sheida Mas) in advance or at the start of the workshop of any medical conditions, injuries or concerns.

Photography and Video Consent

By attending Reset in the City: April Edition you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes by Mas Dance and Yoga Ltd. These materials may be used on websites, social media and other marketing channels to promote future events and activities.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you give consent for your image and likeness to appear in such materials without compensation. If you prefer not to be included please inform the organiser (Sheida Mas) before the event begins.

Agreement and Acknowledgment

By completing your booking you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions for Reset in the City April Edition. This event is organised by Mas Dance and Yoga Ltd a company registered in England and Wales.
